Job Description

- Understand the business area and user requirements
- Study and understand the existing programs
- Performing program design, coding and Development
- Performing unit and integration testing
- Design reusable frameworks
- Environment management and layout design.
- Unified Development environment (Developers systems as well as servers)
- Continuous Integrations Building/maintaining
- Providing guidelines to the development team.
- Should have experience in clear case, SVN
- Strong competency in design OO pattern and enterprise integration patterns.
- Hands on with performance management and tuning.
- Hands on with Maven tool.
• Job Skills (a few bullets stating required skills:
At least 8 - 10 years hands-on experience in the Java ,J2EE Technologies. Including (Servlets, JSP, JSF, Spring , EJB, Web Services, JMS).
Experience working in RDBMS(Oracle) and Weblogic is a must
Working experience at least in Full Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC) project is required, experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.
Basic knowledge of Unix commands
Good Communication, Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
