Job Description

Sales Development Representative (Hybrid – Tues. & Thurs. onsite – Markham, ON)

As an SDR, you’ll drive pipeline growth by connecting with potential customers across inbound and outbound channels. You’ll use modern tools and AI to identify opportunities and support our sales team.

  • Engage prospects via inbound leads and outbound outreach
  • Book discovery calls and demos through meaningful conversations
  • Leverage automation and data to optimize outreach
  • Communicate confidently with stakeholders and handle objections
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and meet activity goals
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging
  • Build core business skills and explore career paths in tech

Qualifications

  • Early in your career (0–1 year experience)
  • Curious, coachable, and eager to grow
  • Proactive and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Tech-savvy and a clear communicator
  • Excited about building a career in technology

Compensation: The salary range for this role, taking into consideration qualifications and experience, is $55,000.00 CAD annually. 

This role offers On-Target Earnings (OTE) of up to $72,500, tied to sales performance and KPI attainment.
