Handles escalations, documents solutions, maintains security standards, and collaborates with clients and internal teams. MSP experience and strong hands-on Microsoft infrastructure expertise are preferred.

Job SummaryWe are looking for a IT Systems & Network Engineer – Level II with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies, networking, firewalls, and IT infrastructure support. The ideal candidate should have experience working in an MSP environment and be comfortable managing multiple client environments and troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Level II technical support for client infrastructure and end-user environments.
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
- Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Intune, including device management and configuration.
- Administer SharePoint Online and troubleshoot access and configuration issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot Exchange Online, including mailboxes, mail flow, and email-related issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot routers and switches.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot multiple firewalls across different client environments.
- Troubleshoot servers, workstations, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and related infrastructure issues.
- Handle escalated technical issues from Level I support and provide appropriate resolution.
- Work across multiple client environments while maintaining proper documentation and security standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve complex technical issues.
- Escalate issues when required and ensure timely resolution according to service requirements.
