About the Role

This is a hybrid role based out of our Toronto office (2300 Yonge St). The successful candidate will work in-office one to two days per week and remotely for the remainder of the week.


We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems and help our staff solve day to day technical issues. Based out of our Toronto offices, you will provide friendly, efficient and timely support to our staff across North America. The ideal candidate will focus on putting the user first, have strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics in simple, easy to understand ways. Strong problem solving and technical skills will allow you to solve user issues quickly and effectively. As a member of the Technology department, you will also be involved in companywide technology initiatives, helping to make sure they roll out smoothly.


Key Responsibilities
  • User Support: Resolve daily IT issues and manage user on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
  • Systems Management: Handle hardware/software setups, installations, upgrades, and manage users/groups within GSuite.
  • Infrastructure: Maintain office networks, including firewalls, switches, WiFi, and phone systems.
  • Training & Documentation: Provide training on IT systems (Google, phones, etc.) and maintain comprehensive IT documentation and support guides.
  • Project Collaboration: Participate in company-wide technology initiatives, infrastructure projects, and security mitigation efforts.
  • Operations: Track issues in the IT ticketing system, maintain hardware/software inventories, and produce periodic operational reports.
Position Requirements
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional experience in an IT support role.
  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in supporting Windows, MacOS, MS Office, and GSuite.
    • Solid understanding of LAN configurations (routers, switches, firewalls, and WiFi).
    • Experience with Marketing Automation or CMS platforms (e.g., Marketo, Drupal, WordPress) is considered a strong asset.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, strong verbal and written communication, and effective time management.

Compensation: $57,000 - $67,000 CAD and benefits per year. Our salary ranges are determined by role, skills, experience, education and location.
