Job Requirements

  • Can demonstrate 2-3 years of experience as an IT Helpdesk / System Admin in a SaaS organization.
  • Hands-on experience with computer hardware and software installations, administration, and Tier 1, 2 troubleshooting, can diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Strong familiarity with macOS, Windows 10, 11 - Must.
  • Working knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, particularly JAMF - Advantage.
  • Experienced admin of saas platforms as Okta, Google Workspace, Zoom, Office 365 and more - Advantage
  • Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously as the sole representative of the Business Technology department in your region, showcasing responsibility, initiative, and a proactive mindset.
  • You are comfortable with a sense of ownership. In this role you'll be the IT representative on the ground in NYC but also own remote sites/users and their needs.
  • Exceptional service oriented - our Bobbers are our customers - and we care about ensuring their IT experience is seamless.
