Overview of The Role 

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Solutions, you will be working in a fast-paced technical environment. You will be responsible for defining the roadmap of the Saputo digital workplace, creating and maintaining the information architecture. You will also be responsible for the custom solutions and oversight of the support operations of the platform.

How You Will Make Contributions That Matter: 

  •  Responsible for supporting and implementing the Saputo Digital workplace Road map which includes

    • Global governance
    • Custom solutions
    • Document management
    • Enterprise Search
  • Develop custom applications and solutions using Microsoft 365 tools such as Power Automate, Logic Apps and SharePoint Framework.
  • Assist in the migration of data and applications to the M365 platform.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and provide M365 solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Responsible for estimating and planning of the different projects of the roadmap.
  • Responsible for overseeing the implementation and operations of the projects and ensuring adherence to the vision.
  • Work with a global team of local and remote team members.
  • As a senior resource on the enterprise collaboration team, responsible for actively mentoring existing and new Saputo resources in the Digital workplace team.

 

 

You Are Best Suited for The Role If You Have the Following Qualifications: 

  • Senior resources 8+ years.
  • Mandatory Microsoft SharePoint & Teams architecture and implementation
  • Experience with SharePoint, Teams solutions design and development (SharePoint Framework, Teams App)
  • Microsoft 365 knowledge is a must (SharePoint Online, Teams, Planner, Power Automate etc)
  • Information architecture / Enterprise taxonomy
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Governance (lifecycle, expiration, permissions, compliance)
  • Office product integration (Teams, Outlook, One Drive, Planner, etc)
  • Experience with related platform tools such as Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, Logic Apps, Function Apps
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps
  • Microsoft certifications (M365, Power platform or Azure)
  • Experience with other collaboration and document management solutions is a nice to have – for example Open Text products.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project online is a nice to have
  • Experience with Microsoft Purview, Information Rights Management is a nice to have
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to get business stakeholder buy-in and working in close collaboration with non-IT users
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to communicate complex technology concepts in business terms
  • Proven work experiences in a team environment
  • Uses innovative approaches and technologies to solve business problems
  • Experience in executing geographically distributed projects and working with culturally diverse work-group.
  • Strong customer focus and performance orientation,
  • Detail oriented, analytical, with ability to multitask

 

As part of their duties, the incumbent will have to communicate and collaborate in English, both orally and in writing with colleagues or other stakeholders in Quebec as well as in the rest of Canada or in North America.

Salary Range: $88 324 - $110 405 

*Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
