You will work in-office out of Dentalcorp's Toronto Support Centre Monday to Thursday (181 Bay Street) and Fridays are work from home. Reporting to the Sr. Director, IT Operations. You will coordinate the transition of new and existing dental practices to our IT support model.

Role Overview

  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate systems and processes
  • Oversee the implementation and integration of dentalcorp's preferred technology stack in our existing and future dental practices
  • Execute IT strategy to align with project and business goals
  • Coordinate project plans and schedules, track progress, and adjust as necessary
  • Coordinate project resources, and risks
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project success
  • Communicate IT plans and progress to management and stakeholders

What we’re looking for

  • College Diploma, Information Technology or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including network, security, and data management
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
