Job Description
- Designs and develops new IT voice solutions/capabilities to solve large, complex business problems and deliver new capabilities.
- Responsible for technical planning, designing, development and modification of new and existing IT voice solution specifications and applications.
- This includes technical design of content structure, user/process flows and interfaces.
- Proficient in IT voice technologies, platforms and architecture.
- Manages large information technology vendors in the technical aspects of designing and developing IT voice solutions.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
At least 8+ years relevant experience in IT voice roles.
Expert knowledge, experience and certifications for Microsoft Teams Voice is required.
Expert knowledge of Call Center solutions is required. Specific knowledge of the Sinch platform is desired.
Proficiency and certification in cloud design and architecture (AWS required, Azure and Google Cloud optional)
Ability to communicate and collaborate efficiently with global and diverse teams
