As a PLAN IT core team member, you will play a key role in the delivery of projects based on business requirements. You will translate business requirements into solutions specifications and communicate across all levels of the business from a technical perspective to business user.

The opportunity:

  • Co-create the future of Supply Chain Planning based on a cloud solution from OMP
    in accordance with the multi-year roadmap.

  • Implement business requirements to ensure high-quality user experiences and planning results on a consistent and supportable global platform.

  • Ensure alignment between the business SME’s, Planning & Integration Product Line, and Global Template teams.

  • Working closely with the business SME’s, other IT peers and the vendor to deliver new solutions and enhancements to existing functionality.

  • Establish/extend interfaces between OMP and connected systems, like S/4 or ECC ERP systems, where applicable.

Who you are:

  • Minimum Bachelors degree with 5-7 years of relevant IT experience

  • OMP hands-on experience (direct configuration) gained through implementation projects (customer layer). OMP Certification (e.g User Engagement, OPAL) is an asset.

  • Ability to write OAL code.

  • Strong willingness and ability to upskill own and team (mentoring skills) OMP capabilities

  • Strong knowledge of both business and technology regarding supply chain planning solutions.

  • Ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and written in a persuasive manner an experience with working with multiple teams across a matrixed organization to implement solutions.

  • Ability to set priorities, develop workflow processes and manage business and provider relationships.

  • Project management experience, including management of full lifecycle implementations for major third-party application implementation.

  • Experience with the system validation process, including documentation and testing of validated systems.
