As a PLAN IT core team member, you will play a key role in the delivery of projects based on business requirements. You will translate business requirements into solutions specifications and communicate across all levels of the business from a technical perspective to business user.
The opportunity:

Co-create the future of Supply Chain Planning based on a cloud solution from OMP
in accordance with the multi-year roadmap. -
Implement business requirements to ensure high-quality user experiences and planning results on a consistent and supportable global platform.

Ensure alignment between the business SME’s, Planning & Integration Product Line, and Global Template teams.

Working closely with the business SME’s, other IT peers and the vendor to deliver new solutions and enhancements to existing functionality.

Establish/extend interfaces between OMP and connected systems, like S/4 or ECC ERP systems, where applicable.
Who you are:

Minimum Bachelors degree with 5-7 years of relevant IT experience

OMP hands-on experience (direct configuration) gained through implementation projects (customer layer). OMP Certification (e.g User Engagement, OPAL) is an asset.

Ability to write OAL code.

Strong willingness and ability to upskill own and team (mentoring skills) OMP capabilities

Strong knowledge of both business and technology regarding supply chain planning solutions.

Ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and written in a persuasive manner an experience with working with multiple teams across a matrixed organization to implement solutions.

Ability to set priorities, develop workflow processes and manage business and provider relationships.

Project management experience, including management of full lifecycle implementations for major third-party application implementation.

Experience with the system validation process, including documentation and testing of validated systems.
