We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a IT Cloud Support Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our cloud computing infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for cloud computing infrastructure issues, including troubleshooting, incident management, and resolution.
  • Manage and support endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, policy configuration, application deployment, and compliance monitoring.
  • Administer identity and access management through Okta, including user provisioning/deprovisioning, SSO, MFA, and authentication troubleshooting.
  • Administer Google Workspace environments, including user management, security settings, and application configurations.
  • Respond to user inquiries and support requests, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Document support activities, including technical issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps, ensuring comprehensive and up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development and deployment of new cloud-based projects.
  • Assist in the maintenance and administration of platforms, ensuring system stability and performance.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support when required.

Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.) and virtualization technologies is required.
  • Bachelor's degree or internships in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Must have strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, principles, and architectures, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS).
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management (device enrollment, compliance policies, MDM).
  • Experience with Google Workspace administration, Okta or similar IAM platforms (SSO, MFA, user lifecycle management).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and end-users.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Microsoft zure Fundamentals, Okta, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, or Google Workspace Administration) will be an asset.
