Job Description:

As part of the Technology Operations group, the Information Technology Analyst is responsible for the effective operation of systems and services across the organization, focusing on corporate systems. Duties include building, managing, monitoring, and upgrading all components of the company’s IT systems, providing IT-related technical assistance for corporate end users, and updating and maintaining corporate IT documentation and processes.
Responsibilities:

  • Procuring, installing, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining computer hardware, network and software components
  • Assessing company’s information systems, identifying gaps that need to be addressed, testing potential new technologies, and implementing upgrades and/or migration projects
  • Responding in a timely manner to IT service requests, providing technical support to employees across the company, and prioritizing issues within defined SLA’s
  • Maintain IT-related documentation, as well as creating end-user how-to guides or knowledge base content for users
  • Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
  • Maintaining hardware inventory and records of software licenses
  • Onboarding / offboarding accounts for new or departing staff
  • Integrating systems and automating common tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual error

Requirements and Skills:

  • 3-5 years in the Information Technology field
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, mobile smartphones, and printers
  • Working experience with Microsoft Office 365 and related tools such as Entra ID, Intune, Power Automate, etc.  
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, and VPN
  • Experience with phone systems and remote support tools
  • Comfortable with ITSM tools such as Jira, Freshworks, etc.
  • PowerShell scripting experience would be an asset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to multitask and strong time management skills

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule - KEV Group employees will be expected to go into the office 3 days per week, in either our North York or Cambridge location.
