Own day-to-day IT for a 100-person company: device lifecycle and MDM management, joiner/mover/leaver onboarding and offboarding, SaaS account and SSO administration, first-line IT support for hardware/software/connectivity, and collaborate with Security to implement policies and automate processes.

Your mission

You'll be the first dedicated IT Administrator at Cosuno and the go-to person for all things IT for our 100-person team. From setting up laptops for new joiners to managing accounts and access in our SaaS tooling stack, you'll make sure everyone at Cosuno can simply sit down and work.

Today, IT support is handled on the side by our tech leadership. Your job is to take it over, put simple and reliable processes around it, and give our team an IT experience that just works.

What you'll do

Device management

  • Set up, maintain, repair, and replace laptops (Mac and Windows) for the whole company

  • Manage our device fleet through JumpCloud (MDM): enrollment, updates, configuration profiles, and security baselines

  • Keep our hardware inventory accurate and manage the lifecycle from purchase to secure disposal

Onboarding & offboarding

  • Run the IT side of joiner/mover/leaver processes: accounts, hardware, access rights, all ready on day one and cleanly removed on the last day

  • Continuously improve and automate these processes so they scale with the company

Accounts & SaaS administration

  • Administer user accounts, groups, and SSO across our SaaS stack (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and more)

  • Execute access requests and support periodic access reviews together with our Security team

IT support

  • Be the first point of contact for IT questions and problems, in the office and remotely

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, accounts, and connectivity issues, and document solutions so they're reusable

  • Support office IT: meeting room equipment, printers, WiFi, and event tech when needed

How we work
  • Ownership from day one: IT support is yours. You decide how to organize it, with the backing of our CTO and Security team.

  • Structure over firefighting: We'd rather you fix a problem once and automate or document it than fix it ten times. Building simple, self-service processes is part of the job.

  • AI as a daily tool: We use AI tools like Claude across the company, including in IT. Whether it's drafting documentation, writing a small script, or troubleshooting an unusual error, we expect you to use AI actively to work faster and smarter.

  • Close to Security: You'll work hand in hand with our Security & Compliance function. They define policies for devices and access; you put them into practice.

Your profile

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • Fluent English.

  • Hands-on experience in IT support or IT administration, ideally in a company running on Macs and SaaS tools

  • Experience with an MDM and/or identity provider (JumpCloud, Jamf, Kandji, Okta, Google Workspace, or similar), or the demonstrated ability to learn tools like these quickly

  • A service mindset. You're friendly, responsive, and patient, and you take pride in colleagues being unblocked quickly.

  • A structured way of working. You keep track of open tickets, document what you do, and follow through.

  • Comfort with light scripting or automation (shell, Python, or low-code tools), or the motivation to build this skill, ideally with AI assistance

Bonus points for:

  • Experience administering Google Workspace and Slack

  • Experience with hardware lifecycle management and IT asset inventory

  • Basic networking knowledge (WiFi, VPN, DNS)

  • Exposure to ISO 27001 or other security frameworks (access reviews, device compliance)

  • Experience in a fast-growing startup environment

Practical details

This role is based in Berlin with regular presence in our office, since a core part of the job is hands-on: setting up devices, helping colleagues in person, and keeping office IT running. Outside of that, we're flexible about hours and remote days.

Why us?
  • Real impact: You'll build the IT function of a Series C company from the ground up and shape how 100 people work every day.

  • Competitive compensation: A competitive salary above the market average.

  • Top-notch equipment: A new MacBook Pro to ensure you have the best tools for the job.

  • A great team: Regular company off-sites and team events that connect us as people, not just colleagues.

  • Job security: A permanent contract in a stable, well-funded company.
