  • Manage Partnership KPIs: Measure partner contribution to revenue, track onboarding metrics, and refine partnership programs for growth and retention.
  • Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Monitor emerging ISV/VAR models, fintech partnerships, and competitive activity within target MCCs to shape OTT Pay’s market approach.

  • Strong understanding of MCC-focused verticals and how payment integrations support them.
  • Ability to blend technical and commercial expertise - comfortable discussing APIs with developers while also negotiating contracts with business leaders.
  • Experience in partner enablement: creating training, co-selling, and joint marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, OMS, and partner lifecycle management.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a proven record of driving channel-based merchant growth
