The Revenue Growth Manager is responsible to design, develop, execute and evaluate long and short term growth opportunities in regards to RGM levers, focusing on price / pack architecture and promo optimization.
How you will contribute
You will:

  • Drive organizational RGM mindset via capabilities, processes & tools
  • Lead Promotion Optimization Cycles, significantly impacting business success
  • Promotion strategy development, including detecting, assessing & executing business opportunities to increase ROI
  • Responsible for Profit Pool Analyses to optimize trade investment strategies
  • Lead PPA ( Price Pack Architecture) / OBPPC projects for growth categories or brands
  • Use External benchmarking and competitive intelligence to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Stakeholder management in complex matrix organization


What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career with experience and knowledge in:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business related field required
  • Minimum of 6 -7 years CPG experience
  • Prior experience in Key Account or Marketing is a must, with prior experience in RGM a plus
  • Ability to derive actions out data analysis and drive for results is a must
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management skills


Mandatory information in Austria: The salary is graded in the Collective Labor Agreement "Information and Consulting". If you meet the mentioned requirements the entry gross-salary for this position will be EUR 95.500-- per year, split up in 14 pays for full-time. We're willing to overpay, dependent on your professional work experience and qualification.
