Electric Mind is looking for iOS developers to join our team! At Electric Mind you’ll have the opportunity to be part of a top-notch team and work on a wide range of consumer and enterprise mobile applications. We have virtual collaborative project rooms where you’ll work closely with a cross functional team including client subject matter experts, end users, and IT teams to deliver anything from proof-of-concept prototypes to bulletproof, long living, high volume production applications. 
 
The nature of our client project-based work allows teams the opportunity to work with a wide variety of technologies. We develop and deliver native iOS, native Android, and responsive web apps as well as consumer facing and enterprise large-scale applications. We’re looking for mobile specialists to join our team and provide their expertise!      

While working with a team in an agile environment, you will be:

  • Developing creative, innovative and practical mobile solutions 
  • Estimating, tasking and prototyping 
  • Contributing clear and maintainable code to a shared codebase 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional team members on features, design and implementation 
  • Investigating, learning and applying new technologies/processes 
  • Clarifying requirements with team and client representatives 

’Must Have’ Skills/Experience:

  • Experience developing and releasing native mobile applications  
  • Experience working with iOS, Swift, Xcode, and other mobile tech and IDEs 
  • Knowledgeable and interested in User Experience best practices and design 
  • Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle through to CI/CD 
  • Strong communication skills 

’Nice to Have’ Skills/Experience:

  • Exposure to and enthusiasm for Agile approaches to software development e.g. testing, continuous integration, project rooms, pair programming, etc. 
  • Experience developing and releasing a mobile application with React Native 
  • Fluent and current in HTML5, CSS and JavaScript 
  • Experience with Social Network APIs such as Google APIs, Facebook and Twitter 
  • Experience with distributed version control  
  • Experience releasing to Google Play Console or iTunes App Store
