OurCrowd is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Investor Services Specialist to join our global Business Operations team. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in client services, finance, or investments who are excited to support accredited investors accessing exclusive venture capital and alternative investment opportunities. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, excellent judgment, and a high sense of urgency to ensure timely, accurate, and professional responses.

You will be a key touchpoint in the investor journey, working closely with investors, Account Managers, and the Compliance team to manage documentation, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless and positive experience at every stage of the investment lifecycle.

This role is full-time and based in our Toronto office at Yonge & Richmond with a hybrid setup of 2-3 days in office. Candidates must be eligible and willing to travel internationally to our Jerusalem, Israel headquarters, for approximately four weeks of onboarding and training. This is a fantastic opportunity to experience our global operations firsthand and build relationships with the broader OurCrowd team before settling into the Toronto role.

Responsibilities
  • Support accredited investors throughout the onboarding process, including KYC, accreditation, and associated documentation
  • Provide live, high-touch onboarding support to ensure a smooth investor and distributor experience
  • Process investor commitments accurately and efficiently
  • Identify and flag compliance-related issues, working closely with the Compliance team to resolve them
  • Handle IRA transactions including onboarding, purchases, capital calls and distributions
  • Serve as the operational right-hand partner to Account Managers, enabling them to focus on relationship management
  • Monitor and manage the Investor Services inbox, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries from investors and Account Managers
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with investors, ensuring timely follow-ups and issue resolution
  • Troubleshoot platform challenges and proactively suggest improvements to development team
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial services, client services, wealth management, investment banking, or investor relations (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with startups, venture capital, or investment funds is a strong asset
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive problem-solver
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, professional attitude
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary range of $50,000–$58,000 CAD, commensurate with experience
