About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

  • Review subscription agreements.
  • Follow up with investors on missing documentation.
  • Maintain electronic and physical partner records.
  • Maintain bank accounts for funds assigned.
  • Prepare and review of daily and weekly performance releases.
  • Produce Investor statements and correspondence.
  • Assist with the appropriate handling of fund manager and investor calls.
Qualifications

About You:

  • Possess a post-secondary education.
  • Preferably have 1-3 years of experience in Client Services.
  • Excellent MS Office suite skills (excel in particular).
  • Knowledge of the private equity fund, hedge fund or mutual fund industry and concepts is a plus.
  • Experience in Investor Relations, or experience within a transfer agency environment is a plus.

Salary Range: CAD $50,000 - CAD $60,000
