Job Description:
Looking for a change? Want to make your mark in a fast-paced, professional and fun environment?  As an Investment Research Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to real estate fundamentals, investor sentiment, capital markets activity, and broader macroeconomic trends. You will be required to translate complex data into actionable recommendations that inform strategic decision-making across business units and will contribute to the development of white papers and thoughtful leadership content that reinforce the company’s position as a trusted authority in the real estate investment sector. • Synthesizing and communicating actionable insights to internal stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and client engagement.
  • Developing and delivering investment-oriented presentations and thematic research notes that connect market trends to portfolio positioning and investment opportunities, including Fund Fact Summaries.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to design and produce recurring surveys, quarterly research reports, and ad hoc materials that strengthen client relationships, support new business initiatives, and enhance the visibility and brand of Skyline Wealth Management.
  • Monitoring and interpreting major political, economic, and financial market developments that could impact real estate investments globally, ensuring all research output remains current, relevant, and accurate.

What we look for:

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills; detail-oriented and proficient in building and handling complicated data sets.
  • Experience with supporting fundraising, investor relations, or client-facing processes
  • Advanced Excel and database literacy; exposure to GIS/BI preferred.
  • Strong oral presentation and advanced written communication skills.
  • Proactive with good problem-solving skills, judgment, and innovation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
  • Minimum of three (3) years in prior research role focused on real estate, economics, institutional investments, or other relevant experience.

Why you want to work here:

  • You are eager to help build a business you believe in and fiercely driven to make your mark in a competitive industry.
  • You believe in being relationship-focused, not transactional.
  • Proven Success: Over $9 billion in assets under management and 26 years of strong performance in real estate and renewable infrastructure investments.
