As an Internal Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing the sales process by acting as the primary point of contact for administrative, sales, and operational support to Sales Directors, Associates, and financial advisors/MGAs operating in the investment space.
This role is designed to ensure seamless communication between advisors and internal teams, while delivering structured, rigorous, and timely sales support within a context of financial products and investment solutions. What you’ll accomplish with us
As an Internal Sales Specialist, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing accurate and efficient administrative and sales support to advisors and internal teams, particularly in relation to investment products, sales structures, regulatory documentation, and internal processes.
Acting as a key liaison between financial advisors, BDMs, MGAs, and internal teams (operations, compliance, marketing, investments) to ensure clear communication, timely responses, and diligent follow‑ups.
Managing, maintaining, and distributing sales concepts, tools, and presentations related to investment solutions (segregated funds, mutual funds, investment strategies, etc.), including inventory management in collaboration with the sales team.
Supporting advisor engagement and development by onboarding advisors, presenting available tools and support, and conducting follow‑ups after sales activities, training sessions, or strategic announcements.
Tracking and analyzing sales activities and results to provide relevant metrics, reports, and enhanced visibility to support sales performance and decision‑making.
Producing customized lists of advisors, partners, and sales contacts, and maintaining up‑to‑date advisor segmentation based on business profile, potential, and investment needs.

We’re looking for someone who:
Demonstrates a strong customer‑service orientation, excellent organizational skills, and a high level of accuracy, supported by post‑secondary education in administration, finance, investments, or a related field.
Stands out through advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to use digital platforms such as Constant Contact or equivalent tools.
Shows a strong ability to prioritize effectively, adapt to constant change, and deliver precise work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure sales support environment.
Uses sales tools, case‑management systems, and CRM platforms effectively (e.g., EVO, Document Centre, My Clients, Business Tracker, WebArch, Workflow, FASAT / Salesforce, Microsoft Teams) to support advisors and the sales team, and track sales and investment activities.
Has experience in the insurance and/or investment industry, or in a support role related to these sectors, considered an asset, along with hands‑on experience working with advisor networks and sales teams.
Has an advanced level of proficiency in English, as the role involves delivering presentations in English and collaborating regularly with colleagues across Canada.

The typical hiring range for this position is between $47,544 and $68,329 CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
