Job Description:

About the Role 

We are looking for ambitious, movie-obsessed students to join our IMAX Internship Program this Summer! This 10-week program will focus on hands-on learning, skill development, and real-world work experience in a collaborative and innovative environment. This program will take place June-August in our Playa Vista or Sheridan Park office!

You'll work alongside industry professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain valuable experience in talent development. This is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in a supportive and dynamic environment. 

 

What You’ll Do:  

  • Assist in the design and implementation of talent development programs and initiatives. 

  • Support the set-up and coordination of learning and development, including setting up the annual compliance training campaign, creating learning content, and co-facilitating content.  

  • Help create and update learning materials, including presentations and online resources. 

  • Assist in the evaluation and analysis of learning activities to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. 

  • Collaborate with team members to support and maintain the learning strategy. 

  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Development team, including data entry, reporting, and documentation. 

 

What You’ll Need: 

  • Pursuing a degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field. 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team. 

  • Passion for learning and development. 

 

Nice to Have: 

  • Previous experience with Workday, Vyond, or Articulate 360 a plus. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Passion for IMAX!
