About the Role
We are looking for ambitious, movie-obsessed students to join our IMAX Internship Program this Summer! This 10-week program will focus on hands-on learning, skill development, and real-world work experience in a collaborative and innovative environment. This program will take place June-August in our Playa Vista or Sheridan Park office!

You'll work alongside industry professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain valuable experience in talent development. What You’ll Do:

Assist in the design and implementation of talent development programs and initiatives.

Support the set-up and coordination of learning and development, including setting up the annual compliance training campaign, creating learning content, and co-facilitating content.

Help create and update learning materials, including presentations and online resources.

Assist in the evaluation and analysis of learning activities to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with team members to support and maintain the learning strategy.

Provide administrative support to the Talent Development team, including data entry, reporting, and documentation.
What You’ll Need:

Pursuing a degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.

Passion for learning and development.
Nice to Have:

Previous experience with Workday, Vyond, or Articulate 360 a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
