Job Description: 

 At TripArc, our Revenue Optimization team plays a pivotal role in driving growth and financial efficiency. Our team leads strategic initiatives aimed at reducing supplier costs while identifying ways to boost revenue and margin. We are seeking a talented Intern to join our team to support exciting and critical projects with these goals. 

This role is directly responsible for supporting the Commercial team to support various revenue optimization initiatives, assist in various analytical and operational tasks.  The ideal candidate will have an excellent blend of business acumen, collaborative spirit and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment. 

 
Responsibilities: 

  • Support data pulling and analysis for supply partner compensation tracking and optimization 
  • Conduct market research and synthesize competitive information to drive business growth. 
  • Work with stakeholders to understand their business needs and support with operational work to drive business efficiency  
  • Assist in supplier communications and partnerships 

 
Qualifications:

  • Comfort in analytics and business processes 
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint. Ability to deep dive into large amounts of data and draw meaningful insights. 
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; and strong ability to analyze data and summarize & packaging findings. 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence and inspire stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment. 
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous problems with innovative and creative solutions. 
  • Bonus PointHands-on experience with visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, etc. 
  • Bonus Point: Prior experience in travel 
  • Bonus Point: Hands-on experience building reusable datasets, and maintaining semantic models in PowerBI
