Red Bull is looking for a top-performing student to work with our Sales and Marketing teams! From day one, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of tasks, support projects and contribute based on your strengths and passions. The On Premise Marketing intern will assist in supporting the creation and execution of the national On Premise Marketing strategy in Canada. You will gain valuable experience building strategy, and cross-collaborating with a focus on driving sales in focused occasions within the On Premise environment. Working closely with the regional teams across the country, this role will also support the national Festival & Event strategy, that connects broadly with our consumers to bring a local face to a global brand. This function requires a close working relationship with all teams including Sales, Field, Culture, Sport, Brand, Media Network, and external suppliers. 

 

The On Premise Marketing internship offers a jam packed summer with the ability to take ownership of 3rd party events support, on site music festival execution, key account marketing initiatives and the trade marketing creative process. The individual can expect to walk away from this experience with an understanding of multiple marketing functions within the Red Bull organization and understand how this knowledge directly transfers into the working world.

Job Description

3RD PARTY FESTIVALS AND EVENTS 

Ensure National festival guidelines are met by working closely with the On Premise sales team to oversee Red Bull execution on site with selected festivals. 

Work closely with logistics company to secure proper Red Bull infrastructure delivery and on-site setup. 

Work closely with 3rd party creative agency to produce and print all necessary marketing materials.  

Own festival tracking document and align with each region monthly to collect and record accurate festival data.  

Contribute to the 2026 On Premise Marketing business plan by building out a Canadian festival landscape analysis, including competition and future opportunities. 

 

RED BULL OWNED EVENTS 

Support On Premise Event Manager with overall event planning and logistics. 

Support On Premise Event Manager to build VIP packages with production agency. 

Ensure proper Red Bull branding and infrastructure is being used on-site. 

Create request form and live schedule document for Red Bull owned assets (i.e. Kombi Bar Activation Kit). 

 

TRADE AND KEY ACCOUNT MARKETING

Work with external agencies and in close collaboration with our Brand Marketing team to support the national product and occasion strategy, with the goal to drive sales in On Premise. 

Support the execution of our National Occasions Marketing strategy alongside the Brand team, with implementation into the field with activation toolkits built for On Premise. 

Support the National team to customize trade tools, and POS creative for On Premise programs. 

Qualifications

Actively enrolled as an undergraduate in a university or college (preference in business or marketing). 

An interest in the event and festival industry. 

Strong work ethic & self-motivated; must be able to work independently. 

Solution oriented mindset and strategic thinker. 

Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel. 

Ability to meet deadlines within a high-intensity work environment. 

Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

Additional Information

The rate for this position is $22.00/hr. The rate is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Red Bull uses artificial intelligence to screen, assess, or select applicants for this role.
