Red Bull is looking for a top-performing student to work with our creative Social, and Creator Marketing teams. From day one, you’ll dive into our social channels, collaborate on creator campaigns, take ownership of tasks, and contribute based on your strengths and passions. As a Media Network Intern, you’re a native consumer of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, with a strong sense of what engages audiences. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting key marketing initiatives, including Events, Product Launches, Occasions Campaigns, Consumer Activations, and creator-led programs.
You’ll work alongside our Social and Creator Marketing teams to help bring our unique brand voice to life through trend-driven, narrative-led storytelling across channels. Responsibilities will vary, but at the end of the day, this experience is what you make of it!

Job DescriptionCREATOR MARKETING
Support the Creator Marketing team in bringing bold, culture-shaping creator partnerships to life.
Assist with identifying, researching, and engaging creators who authentically live the Red Bull lifestyle.
Help track content performance and pull insights to optimize future creator programming.
Be plugged into social trends, emerging creators, and platform moments to help inform creative direction.
Support creator activations at events, launches, and on-the-ground moments.
Ensure creator content reflects Red Bull’s ownable tone, energy, and point of view.
Support day-to-day coordination, organization, and creative ideation within the Creator Marketing team.
Assist with the coordination and shipment of creator gifting, including packing, tracking, and delivery follow-ups.
COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT
Manage day-to-day community engagement across Instagram and TikTok, ensuring a consistent, inclusive, and on-brand tone of voice.
Engage with comments and DMs daily, responding to consumer inquiries within 24 hours across platforms.
Build and manage the Red Bull Canada audience by auditing followers and engaging with athletes, artists, creators, partners, and aligned brands.
Actively engage with priority accounts and content across feeds and discovery surfaces.
Stay tapped into cultural moments, platform trends, and upcoming Red Bull content, events, and product launches to drive reactive engagement.
Support community management planning for key releases, projects, and events.
Track and report on community engagement activity, highlighting notable moments and insights for the team.
SOCIAL MEDIA SUPPORT
Support the ideation and execution of social initiatives tied to Red Bull Canada’s events, projects, and content series.
Stay plugged into platform trends and best practices to help inform a social-first programming approach.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging and branding across channels.
Support the Media Channels team with social insights, analytics, and performance tracking.
Assist with reporting on social performance, surfacing key learnings and opportunities.
Support storyboarding and hands-on production of social video content (Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus).
Support additional social projects and day-to-day needs as required.
QualificationsActively enrolled as an undergraduate in a university or college.
Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Knowledge of Media landscape is an asset, but not necessary.
Love and passion for social media and content: familiarity using Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube.
Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment; self-starter, and able to work independently with confidence.
Precise attention to detail with exceptional project and time management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
Bonus: Experience in video production, graphic design or related fields.
Bilingual in English and French preferred.
