About the team

Maestro is a world-class, unique technology providing lightning fast calculations and powerful collaboration capabilities via its 1TB memory-based database, always-on analytics, simulation tools, and rich UI. In this role, you will develop web application features using a variety of technologies (TypeScript, React, C#) that will bring the power of Maestro to an expanding user community.

Location

This is a hybrid role. You must be in the Ottawa, Canada office at least three days a week.

Term Duration

 This is a full-time, 4-month position, starting January, 2027.


Co-op / Intern Eligibility

This position is open to co-ops and interns. To be eligible, you must be currently enrolled in full-time education or be a recent/upcoming graduate within 12 months of the placement end date.

Compensation range

 $27.04- $39.66hourly rate. The final offer within this range will reflect the candidate’s skills, year of education, and experience.

What you will do

  • Develop high quality code for the Maestro web client and application server
  • Enhance product quality by fixing bugs, writing tests, and improving product performance
  • Grow our design system by contributing to our reusable component library
  • Collaborate with the development, QA, and UX teams in delivering new features 

What we are looking for

  • Currently enrolled in a program where software development is the primary focus
  • Experience building web applications, personal projects on GitHub
  • Open mindset for learning and improving
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skill
