Red Bull is looking for a top-performing  student to work with our most creative Marketing, Sales, and Business specialists! From day one, you’ll have the opportunity to dive deep into topics, take ownership of tasks, support projects and contribute based on your strengths and passions.

 

As the Business Insights intern, you will be responsible for applying your advanced analytics, data wrangling, and visualization skills to solve problems with our sales and marketing teams. You’ll work alongside our Category and Insights team to help our business partners better understand their data and create impactful insights. If you are motivated by solving problems, making an impact with data, and curiosity for story-telling, this is the role for you. Responsibilities will vary, but at the end of the day this experience is what you make of it.

 

The Internship Program is run in Toronto, at our HQ. Our modern office environment combines spaces for creativity and playfulness where you will find everything you need to give wings to your ideas.  

Job Description

CATEGORY MANAGEMENT ANALYSIS

Support in updating weekly and monthly category reports.

Develop, analyze, and interpret information to create reports and data visualizations.

Leverage Shopper Analytics platforms (ie. Numerator) to create compelling insight stories and to provide recommendations where applicable.

 

CATEGORY MANAGEMENT INSIGHTS

Conduct weekly sales reporting from retailer POS systems to provide insights into sales performance.

Use syndicated data sources such as Nielsen and Circana to prepare monthly Country and Customer scorecards.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business (or related field) – In progress.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Strong analytical skills/willingness to hone and develop these skills.

Prioritization and time management skills to manage working on a variety of tasks/projects.

Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Excel (including formulas and Pivot Tables), PowerPoint and Teams.

Experience manipulating large data sets using Excel is a plus.

Additional Information

The rate for this position is $22.00/hr. The rate is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Red Bull uses artificial intelligence to screen, assess, or select applicants for this role.
