What You Will Get To Do:

  • Design, develop, and optimize financial risk computation and regulatory reporting systems using our proprietary Java-based framework.
  • Write clean, efficient code to handle large-scale data processing and customizable reporting requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and resource bottlenecks.
  • Partner with regulation experts, financial engineers, product teams, implementation engineers, and clients to translate regulatory requirements and client specific needs into efficient technical solutions.

What You Will Bring:

  • 3–5 years of backend Java development experience, with proficiency in Java, data structures/algorithms, and object-oriented design.
  • Proven ability to dissect complex problems in troubleshooting and system design.
  • Curiosity and adaptability to learn financial regulations, quantitative logic, and business workflows. Experience in financial risks is beneficial.
  • Comfort with mathematical formulas and concepts relevant to financial risk computation.
  • Experience with Database & SQL, RESTful APIs, Containers and Kubernetes, Gradle, Git/GitHub, and CI/CD is a plus.
