Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About Us:

Join our Financial Transformation & System (FT&S) team as we drive innovation in cloud-based financial solutions.

Position Summary:

We seek an Intermediate Functional Analyst to support our EPM Cloud applications. The successful candidate will work under the Manager FT&S EPM Cloud, assisting with maintenance, documentation of processes, and sharing the workload of EDMCS & EPCM with its Product owners.

What you'll do here: 

• Update and maintain documentation for Oracle Cloud applications.

• Manage EPM application access files.

• Perform metadata updates and build forms/reports.

• Provide daily and monthly user support.

• Analyze system updates and assess impact.

• Diagnose system issues and propose solutions.

• Collaborate with product owners on audit compliance.

• Oversee release management for assigned applications.

• Manage system security and access.

• Act as a key partner in integration projects and new application deployments, ensuring requirements are met and supporting change management.

• Contribute to user acceptance testing and audit processes.

What you bring to the table: 

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or computer systems management.

• 5 years of relevant experience.

• Experience with Oracle EPM products, specifically EDMCS and EPCM

• Proficiency in MS Excel with advanced formulas.

• Knowledge of accounting and 52-109/SOX controls is a plus.

• Experience in corporate finance teams and large-scale projects is an asset.

• No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.

• For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country
