Who Are We Looking For
As an Intermediate BIM (Building Information Modeling) Coordinator, you contribute to the successful implementation of BIM throughout our studio. Building upon your foundation, you continue to leverage your technical skills and collaborate with project teams to implement BIM processes. You promote best practices, standards, workflows, systems, and tools to enhance our digital capabilities. This posting is for an existing vacancy.
What You Will Do:
- Implement and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BxPs), ensuring BIM processes, workflows, and standards remain consistent across each project.
- Set up Revit models per BIM standards and work-sharing requirements on Autodesk Construction Cloud, including initial project configuration.
- Perform regular BIM model audits to assess model health and ensure compliance with BIM standards.
- Identify and track interdisciplinary clashes, and ensure coordination aligns with BxP requirements.
- Provide project teams with ongoing support on digital delivery, strengthening collaboration, data accuracy, and model quality throughout deliverable development.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to BIM software and workflows.
What You Will Bring:
- Degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or related AEC field.
- Additional degree or diploma in BIM.
- 3-5 years of professional BIM experience.
- Experience with Revit (Advanced).
- Model coordination software expertise (Navisworks Manage, ACC – Model Coordination).
- Common Data Environment software expertise (Autodesk Construction Cloud / Forma Industry Cloud).
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid role, with two days in the studio.
What We Will Provide:
The expected gross annual base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000. Final compensation is determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
