Intergration Services SpecialistAbout the Role:

This position will work with different departments internally and external business partners to build and continue to improve the integration services’ process flow, quality, infrastructure design, IT system design and implementation (including but not limited to Integration services ERP system), reporting, training, customer relationship, new business FAB, etc. to help continue grow the integration services.

What You'll Do:

  • Improve business process by working with corporate IT to design and continue improving the integration center ERP system

  • Troubleshooting for ERP system issues during the day to day implementation, fill the gap between production floor and the IIC/IT department.

  • Improve business efficiency, productivity, work quality by design and continue improve the integration center internal use IT tool.

  • Using and designing the report to analysis business data and provide business suggestions

  • Working with sales, PM, service engagement teams and customers for integration services project solutions

  • Work with customer and sales for engineering testing and FAB (First Article Build)

  • Bridge with sales, logistic centers, traffic, PM and buyer for any day to day business escalation.

  • Manage the integration skus with procurement team from operation and integration center side.

  • Organize the integration service internal and external documentations (e.g. SOW related forms) and provide training or updated knowledge to sales training team, sales team, customer, etc

  • Provide department internal training and update for any procedure or IT structure change.

  • Integration or repair services troubleshooting and day to day services activities.

  • Integration Services quality control and reporting, participate the QMS and ISMS day to day management activities.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience

  • Some college or post-secondary education or above required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred

  • A+ certification or equivalent is required

  • Project Management Certification is an asset

  • Execute instructions and request clarification when needed

  • Perform complex mathematical calculations

  • Demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making

  • Recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency

  • Negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively

  • Communicate clearly and convey necessary information

  • Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities

  • Work independently with minimum supervision

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

  • Effectively multi-task

Working Conditions:

  • Clean room environment requiring ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection.

  • Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.

  • Local (in-country) travel required.

  • Frequent Travel Required (25%).

  • Améliorer le processus commercial en travaillant avec l'informatique d'entreprise pour concevoir et continuer à améliorer le système ERP du centre d'intégration.
  • Résoudre les problèmes liés au système ERP lors de la mise en œuvre quotidienne, combler le fossé entre le sol de production et le département IIC/IT.
  • Améliorer l'efficacité commerciale, la productivité et la qualité du travail en concevant et en continuant à améliorer l'outil informatique utilisé en interne par le centre d'intégration.
  • Utiliser et concevoir des rapports pour analyser les données commerciales et fournir des suggestions commerciales.
  • Travailler avec les équipes de vente, de gestion de projet, d'engagement de service et les clients pour des solutions de projet de services d'intégration.
  • Collaborer avec les clients et les ventes pour les tests d'ingénierie et le FAB (First Article Build).
  • Faire le lien avec les ventes, les centres logistiques, le trafic, la gestion de projet et les acheteurs pour toute escalade commerciale quotidienne.
  • Gérer les SKU d'intégration avec l'équipe d'approvisionnement du côté des opérations et du centre d'intégration.
  • Organiser la documentation interne et externe des services d'intégration (par exemple, les formulaires liés aux SOW) et fournir une formation ou des mises à jour de connaissances à l'équipe de formation des ventes, à l'équipe de vente, aux clients, etc.
  • Fournir une formation interne au département et des mises à jour pour tout changement de procédure ou de structure informatique.
  • Résoudre les problèmes liés aux services d'intégration ou de réparation et gérer les activités de services quotidiennes.
  • Contrôle de la qualité des services d'intégration et reporting, participer aux activités de gestion quotidienne du QMS et de l'ISMS.

Ce que nous recherchons :

  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience de travail pertinente
  • Quelques études collégiales ou postsecondaires ou plus requises
  • Diplôme de baccalauréat en informatique/ingénierie préféré
  • Certification A+ ou équivalent requise
  • Certification en gestion de projet est un atout
  • Exécuter des instructions et demander des clarifications au besoin
  • Effectuer des calculs mathématiques complexes
  • Démontrer des compétences en résolution de problèmes complexes, en pensée critique et en prise de décision
  • Reconnaître et prêter attention aux détails importants avec précision et efficacité
  • Négocier habilement et promouvoir/vendre des idées de manière persuasive
  • Communiquer clairement et transmettre les informations nécessaires
  • Comprendre, communiquer et collaborer efficacement avec des personnes de diverses identités
  • Travailler de manière autonome avec un minimum de supervision
  • Maintenir la confidentialité des informations sensibles
  • Multitâcher efficacement
  • Collaborer et établir des relations de travail solides et efficaces avec les autres
