About The Role

As a Insurance Planning Specialist, you will focus on leveraging HUB's robust lead generation programs. This is a net new position where you’ll hit the ground running with a list of active opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to sell life insurance policies, with opportunities to expand into investment solutions and build a book of business over time.
 

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver personalized life insurance solutions tailored to meet clients’ needs and goals.

  • Act as a trusted advisor and the primary point of contact for insurance-related inquiries.

  • Educate clients about the benefits of life insurance, and related protection solutions.

  • Proactively follow up on leads, converting opportunities into sales while ensuring client satisfaction

  • Collaborate with internal resources to maximize lead flow and align with sales goals.

  • Conduct client meetings to understand their insurance needs and present customized solutions

  • Process and complete life insurance applications accurately and efficiently.

  • Ensure all insurance transactions comply with regulatory standards and maintain proper documentation.

  • Stay updated on the latest insurance products, market trends, and industry regulations.

  • Participate in training and development opportunities provided by HUB to enhance insurance expertise.

  • Transition insurance clients into ongoing relationships, ensuring they remain informed about available options and updates.

What You’ll Need for Success

  • Certified Life Insurance Agent (completion of LLQP)

  • In-depth knowledge of life insurance products

  • Positive attitude, approachable and engaging

  • Reliable and responsive to customer service inquiries/needs

  • Clear written and oral communication skills; can express a concept clearly and concisely

  • Demonstrates competence using MS Office, CRM, and planning software(s)
