About the role
This role will use performance data to enable visibility and decision-making across Insurance teams by leading regular reporting cadences such as weekly / monthly business reviews & OKR tracking. Additionally, this role will be responsible for defining, implementing and iterating on key initiatives to improve efficiency and impact.
Responsibilities
- Biz ops: Own regular metric review cadences - WBR, MBR, & QBR for supported teams
- Project management: Lead initiatives to drive efficiency and improve quality across insurance teams
- Process design: Develop, document and implement XFN processes / process improvement
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Operations, Analytics or Program Management
- Experience in project management, process design & improvement or business operations
- Highly organized, communicative, and collaborative
- Growth mentality, eagerly seeks opportunities to learn and grow
- High degree of ownership and accountability
- Thrives in an unstructured environment; talented at bringing structure to chaos
