  • Create engaging and visually powerful learning content specific to our products, practices, processes, services, and technology.
  • Utilize the latest learning trends to create captivating educational content that aids in the adoption, functionality, and deployment of our Products and Services.
  • Apply content simplification and visual design methods to create training materials that are user-friendly and adaptable to different roles.
  • Make use of practices such as scripting, storyboarding, and prototyping to transform SME content into learner usable content.
  • Create mixed media (graphics, audio, video, and animation) into eLearning and instructor-led training solutions.
  • Lead and participate in all aspects of the content creation process and ensure all con-tent is created with the highest level of quality.
  • Effectively integrate company branding, values, and solutions into learning content.
  • Develop practical, job-related interactive elements within the content, allowing learners to actively apply and navigate through the knowledge acquired.
  • Ensure learning principles and a systematic instructional design process is applied to create learning content that best fits the needs of the learner (includes online, class-room, virtual instructor-led training, and blended learning techniques)

What skills do you need:

  • 4-5 years of content design & development experience
  • Experience designing and developing eLearning and virtual instructor-led training
  • Experience with graphic design and video for business application 
  • Exposure to learning management systems
  • Demonstrated competence with Microsoft 365, Google Suite, Visio, and other PC applications
  • Excellent skills to express complex technical issues orally, in writing, and visually 
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a variety of professional personnel
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality in a fast-paced environment
