Institutional Summer Intern-Toronto

This internship experience provides the participant with a meaningful, relevant work experience as part of their academic studies. In addition to daily responsibilities, the participant will have the opportunity to participate in a series of structured activities designed to enhance their learning experience including:

• Intern New Hire Orientation
• Senior Leadership Speaker Series
• Social & Networking Events
• Presentation Challenges
• Intern Capstone Project

At the conclusion of this position, the intern will have increased their knowledge of investing, the mutual fund industry, employee engagement, and a firm understanding of how finance works at an asset manager.

The MFS Summer Internship program is a 10-12-week program, starting June 2nd, 2026, and ending on August 7th, 2026. Students work full-time, Monday through Friday, 35-40 hours per week and are paid hourly. All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. Internships are open to students who are rising seniors (class of 2027).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate multiple requests and efficiently time manage priorities.
• Good numeracy skills.
• Fluent in video technology including Zoom and Teams.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ability to learn new skills such as Salesforce system

Hourly Base Salary: $25.00- $28.00 CAD
