  • Be comfortable sharing leads, opportunities and customer relationships with the broader sales team, recognizing that success is a shared effort.
  • Maintain accurate customer, lead and opportunity information in Salesforce CRM, including managing an active and healthy sales pipeline.
  • Identify opportunities to expand profitable business and support inventory management by working closely with Operations.
  • Stay informed about our products and solutions and confidently communicate their value to customers.
  • Occasionally participate in customer events, trade shows, training, mine rescue competitions and other company activities.
  • Support other sales-related initiatives and projects as required.

 What You Bring

  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, business development, lead generation or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in fire and life safety, industrial, healthcare, technical products or product distribution is an asset.
  • Post-secondary education is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with professional phone and email etiquette.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls, generating new leads and having conversations with prospective customers.
  • Comfortable working in a team-selling environment, collaborating with others to develop opportunities and achieve shared sales goals.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team members while also taking ownership of your own sales activities and targets.
  • A customer-focused approach and genuine interest in building long-term relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a broader sales and customer service team.
  • Computer savvy, with experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems; Salesforce experience is an asset.
  • French language skills are considered a strong asset.

What We Offer

  • $55,000–$65,000 base salary, plus success-based bonus and annual profit-sharing opportunity.
  • Medical, dental, vision, EAP and other group benefits for you and your family.
  • Company-matched RRSP contribution plan.
  • Paid training and opportunities for career development and advancement.
