Nayax is looking for a Montreal-based competitive, self-motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Canada. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing high-volume outreach, qualifying prospects, and closing deals while maintaining strong account relationships.

In this role, you will be a key driver of our growth in the Canadian SMB market, reporting directly to the Country Head of Sales & Partnerships.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Sourcing new opportunities through inbound leads and managing the entire sales process for the SMB market.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is required.
  • Strategically managing the sales funnel for both Enterprise and SMB opportunities, ensuring Enterprise leads are correctly aligned with internal representatives.
  • Understanding all phases of the sales cycle and effectively handling technical or product-related inquiries from prospects.
  • Maintaining meticulous documentation of all daily activities and pipeline progress within Salesforce.
  • Utilizing strong time management skills to support and grow our expanding Canadian customer base.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • 1–3 years of experience in corporate sales (B2B experience is a plus).
  • Comfortable making dozens of calls per day and a proven track record of creating and closing sales opportunities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and the ability to grasp technical product details.
  • A collaborative team player with a goal-oriented mindset and the self-motivation to work independently.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
