About the Role

The Inside Sales Representative – Key Accounts directly supports Key Account Representatives and helps manage strategic wholesale partners across Canada. This role is responsible for delivering a high level of service to priority accounts while supporting account growth, operational excellence, and strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems quickly, and work cross-functionally to support key account needs in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do 

  • Partner with Key Account Representatives to support strategic and priority wholesale accounts across Canada.
  • Provide proactive, high-quality service to key accounts by managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely follow-through on customer needs.
  • Execute the operational aspects of key account support, including purchase order entry, order maintenance, back-order communication, and special instruction management.
  • Monitor account activity and inventory availability to communicate risks, fulfillment updates, and alternative solutions to customers and field sales partners.
  • Support account growth by identifying product opportunities, recommending assortments, and helping maintain strong in-stock positions and sell-through performance.
  • Coordinate with internal partners across customer service, supply chain, and accounting to resolve account issues and ensure customer accounts remain in good standing.
  • Develop a strong understanding of YETI products, brand positioning, and wholesale strategies to serve as a trusted resource for key accounts and internal stakeholders.
  • Support seasonal launches, promotional activities, and merchandising execution for priority accounts to maximize readiness and sales performance.
  • Build strong working relationships with customer contacts, retail teams, and internal stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and drive account success.
  • Capture and share account feedback, product insights, and market intelligence to help inform internal planning and account strategy.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 2+ years of experience in B2B account management or customer service
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Ability to efficiently execute multiple tasks and work in an entrepreneurial fast paced environment
  • Priority management - ability to determine daily priorities and focus time/effort accordingly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – ability to clearly, concisely and intelligently communicate to a variety of potential audiences (existing customers, potential customers, co-workers, vendors, etc.)
  • Relationship skills – the ability to connect well over the phone, in person and via email High sense of urgency
