Department:       Eastern Region Sales

Locations:           Montreal, Quebec Or Mississauga, Ontario

Pay:         Canadian dollars

What we are looking for:  Inside Sales Representative (Bi-lingual French and English)

What you will do:

  • Receiving and processing customer orders in a timely manner
  • Enter orders in SAP
  • Follow up with customers
  • Update customers on backorder status
  • Resolve customer issues
  • Process returns, credits and debits
  • Provide back-up support to the primary Dispatcher for Eastern region
  • Provide back-up support to the primary Parts Sales Coordinator in Eastern region
  • Maintain our customer database in CRM
  • Other duties as required

Skills:

  • Strong customer relationship management and communications skills
  • Outstanding inside or indirect selling of commercial products – recognized for selling skills
  • Capable to work in both French and English
  • Organized and detailed oriented; strong follow through
  • Capable of managing in Salesforce.com and customer ordering systems

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management and selling B2B commercial products.
  • High School graduate, plus relevant college or university certificate
  • Experience in printing equipment or supplies industries would be an advantage.

  • Entrez des commandes dans SAP
  • Suivi auprès des clients
  • Mettre à jour les clients sur l’état de la commande en attente
  • Résoudre les problèmes des clients
  • Traiter les retours, les crédits et les débits
  • Fournir un soutien de soutien au répartiteur principal pour la région de l’Est
  • Fournir un soutien de soutien au coordonnateur principal des ventes de pièces dans la région de l’Est
  • Maintenir notre base de données clients dans CRM
  • Autres tâches, selon les besoins

Compétences :

  • Solides compétences en gestion de la relation client et en communication
  • Vente interne ou indirecte exceptionnelle de produits commerciaux - reconnu pour ses compétences en matière de vente
  • Capable de travailler en français et en anglais
  • Organisé et détaillé orienté ; suivi solide
  • Capable de gérer dans Salesforce.com et les systèmes de commande des clients

Études et expérience :

  • Minimum de 2+ ans d’expérience dans la gestion de la relation client et la vente de produits commerciaux B2B.
  • Diplôme d’études secondaires, plus certificat collégial ou universitaire pertinent
  • Une expérience dans les industries de l’équipement ou des fournitures d’impression serait un avantage.
