Position Summary:

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering first-class customer service by ensuring a seamless shopping experience from the moment customers enter the store. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Greet customers warmly and promptly upon entry, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate cash terminal proficiently, handling transactions, issuing receipts, and processing returns and exchanges.
Product Expertise:
- Assess customer needs and provide expert advice on a wide range of department products.
- Stay updated on new products and their features through Vendor and product knowledge training sessions.
Sales Objectives:
- Actively participate in achieving sales objectives set by the Branch Leadership Team.
Promotions and Inventory:
- Stay informed about current promotions and flyer prices.
- Support cycle counts and inventory checks as directed by Management.
Store Maintenance:
- Maintain floor plans to ensure a tidy and organized sales environment.
- Keep checkout work areas clean, tidy, and clutter-free.
Compliance and Safety:
- Adhere to policies and procedures related to loss prevention, product breakage, and health and safety regulations.
Additional Duties:
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Cash register balancing, invoices matching
