About the Role:

TD SYNNEX is seeking an Inside Account Representative who excels in building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to our partners. In this role, you will manage specific accounts, proactively driving revenue and ensuring organizational profitability. This position requires experience in handling complex customer issues and a commitment to fostering a collaborative environment.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Manage customer and territory P&L, demonstrating critical thinking to enhance growth and profitability.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular interactions.

  • Generate new business through inbound and outbound communication.

  • Collaborate with the field sales team to respond to RFPs, and provide proposals.

  • Identify growth opportunities through research and execute strategic plans for your territory.

  • Develop and maintain detailed account profiles, identifying opportunities for additional TD SYNNEX solutions.

  • Coordinate customer engagement with internal departments.

  • Document procedures for assigned sales accounts and delegate tasks to internal support teams.

  • Attend TD SYNNEX and industry events as necessary.

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of quotes and orders with sales support.

  • Maintain an understanding of TD SYNNEX strategies to effectively communicate value to customers.

  • Utilize project management skills to fulfill customer requests.

 

What We're Looking For:

  • A post-secondary degree is preferred.

  • 1-3 years of IT sales experience or a relevant combination of experience and education.

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Work as a team member managing customer emails from a shared mailbox, demonstrating strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize, and multi-task effectively.

  • A motivated sales professional with a proven track record in achieving sales goals and driving initiatives.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and negotiate effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

  • Adaptability to change and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Commitment to maintaining ethical standards in all business activities.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while fostering collaborative relationships.

Ce que nous recherchons :

  • Un diplôme postsecondaire est préféré.

  • 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en vente IT ou une combinaison pertinente d'expérience et d'éducation.

  • Maîtrise intermédiaire de Microsoft Excel.

  • Travailler en tant que membre d'une équipe gérant les courriels des clients à partir d'une boîte de réception partagée, en faisant preuve de solides compétences organisationnelles, de la capacité à prioriser et à gérer plusieurs tâches efficacement.
