About the Role: 

As an Inside Account Executive at TD SYNNEX, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining daily contact with a key large account. Reporting to the Retail Sales Director, you will proactively drive revenues, margins, and market share to ensure organizational profitability by executing strategic, client-specific business plans and solutions. You must be a team player who provides direction to ensure a positive customer experience. With your seasoned experience, you'll handle complex customer issues with minimal supervision, leveraging support from various departments and TD SYNNEX leadership.

What You'll Do:

  • Ownership of Territory P&L: Manage the overall blend of business and make transactional decisions that benefit the territory's profitability.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels within assigned accounts, including executive-level connections.

  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve moderate-level issues, including escalations from Inside Account Representatives.

  • Documentation and Procedures: Create written documentation and procedures for assigned sales accounts, delegating repetitive tasks to internal support teams.

  • Revenue and Profitability Growth: Drive revenue and profitability growth within the assigned territory.

  • Collaboration: Work with the field sales team to respond to RFPs, provide proposals, and deliver QBR and strategic customer presentations.

  • Data Management: Pull, create, and manipulate data from Retail Link for forecasting and inventory management.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience with Walmart Retail Link.

  • Skills: Experience with demand and forecast planning, advanced Excel knowledge preferred.

  • Education: Post-secondary education preferred, with 4-6 years of experience in retail purchasing.

  • Judgment: Exercise judgment within defined procedures to solve internal and external issues.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.

  • Opportunity Identification: Identify needs and opportunities, developing action plans to address them.

  • Problem Resolution: Serve as a resource for resolving complex problems and issues.

  • Report Preparation: Prepare and analyze appropriate reports and business correspondence.

  • Data Analysis: Sort through numerical information to recognize trends and details.

  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
