Who We Are

Our Safe Ride Support team takes pride in ensuring every ride is completed safely and smoothly. As an InRide Support Specialist you will be a critical player in delivering on our promise “Safety is Everything” and will help us achieve this goal in the following ways:

  • Handle a high volume of calls related to live rides with ease
  • Send and quickly respond to SMS/Chat messages and email
  • Troubleshoot questions about our apps (Consumer & Driver) and website
  • Maintain strict adherence to HopSkipDrive policies and processes
  • Be able to recognize and resolve problems before they arise
  • Use our CRM (Kustomer) to log phone calls, chats, and SMS conversations
  • Multitask with several apps and software programs to handle daily tasks
  • Recognize and report to leadership trends in issues and complaints

HopSkipDrive is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Los Angeles, CA is $20 - $22 hourly. This position is remote and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options.

  •  4-8am M-F  PST
  •  2-6pm M-F  PST
  • 1-10pm M-F PST
  • All roles require weekends based on need
