We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Windows Infrastructure team as an IT Infrastructure Solutions Specialist. The successful candidate will be required to collaborate with peers, support teams and partners to support development of solutions, provide technical support, work in a creative, fast-paced agile environment, and show a keen interest in solving highly complex technical problems.WHAT YOU WILL DO
Provide day-to-day operational and emergency support of core infrastructure systems running on Windows OS (On-Prem, Cloud and Hybrid)
Experience in deploying Windows EC2 on AWS cloud using infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Experience in Windows Cloud Operations (EC2) like patching, monitoring using cloud watch, AWS secrets management
Good working exposure towards file storage services on AWS EBS, EFS, FSX, S3
Ability to troubleshoot Windows related technical issues
Working experience in configuring and using monitoring tools like Dynatrace, DataDog, CloudWatch etc.
Configuring and maintaining backup using Veeam backup software
Configuration, Administration of Hypervisors like VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V
Implement hybrid infrastructure systems that are scalable, stable and efficient
Monitor system and Identify patterns that affect the performance, reliability, or availability of a system or service and drive them out of the system through automation or other technical innovations
Implement automation of recurrent tasks through scripting where possible.
Maintain documentation regarding configurations, operations and troubleshooting procedures for both internal and customer-facing systems
Participate in post-mortem and root cause analysis
Participate in evaluation new requirements; technical designs, the definition of standards, guidelines, best practices and metrics as directed
Responsible for incident, problem, change and configuration management processes for the infrastructure platforms, including license management
Ensure operational stability by maintaining security patching and vulnerability remediation on a regularly scheduled basis
Manage and maintain internal server image libraries and associated toolsets
Provide solution and system architecture support for new products and services
Participate in on-call rotation and off-hours support activities
5+ years of expertise in many technical areas such as:
Technical understanding of Microsoft Server based Operating Systems focused on Windows Server 2016 / 2019 & 2022
VMWare administration and/or any other Hypervisor administration
Public/Private Cloud and Virtualization
Experience of both Design and Operational aspects with large scale and complicated Active Directory deployments and related infrastructure components such as DNS, DHCP, AD Sites & Services, GPO’s)
Powershell scripting and automation skills to at least intermediate level of knowledge focused on automation in the Windows Infrastructure
Ability to write technical and operational management documentation (system design and engineering documents, operational run books, high level design through to build and implementation)
Up to date knowledge of Windows security and auditing from both Microsoft and Industry best practice
Full Stack Monitoring tools (ie: SCOM, Dynatrace)

This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $95,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program. In addition, The Company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
This role follows our in‑office work model and requires employees to be onsite four days per week to support collaboration and business needs.
