Job Description
Position Overview
The Industry & Audience Campaign Manager, Manufacturing is a senior-level marketing role responsible for driving awareness, demand, and engagement for the Fusion portfolio across key manufacturing audiences. This role focuses on turning product strategy and technical differentiation into integrated, audience-centric campaigns that accelerate pipeline growth and adoption.
You will partner closely with product & technical marketing, demand generation, sales, and regional marketing teams, to bring Fusion’s value to life across CNC machining, additive manufacturing, and connected manufacturing workflows. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in campaign development, strong manufacturing industry knowledge, and a clear understanding of how to engage manufacturing buyers throughout the customer journey.
Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Development
  • Own the end-to-end strategy and development of integrated marketing campaigns to grow demand for the Fusion portfolio in manufacturing
  • Translate Fusion product messaging, technical differentiation, and industry strategy into compelling, scalable campaign narratives
  • Develop campaign briefs, audience frameworks, and activation plans aligned to business priorities and pipeline goals
  • Support multi-channel campaign execution across digital, content, paid media, events, webinars, and partner activations

Audience & Industry Leadership
  • Serve as the campaign subject-matter expert on manufacturing buyer audiences, including CNC programmers, manufacturing engineers, shop owners, and operations leaders
  • Define audience segmentation, personas, and buying journey strategies specific to CAM and manufacturing workflows
  • Apply industry insights, customer pain points, and market trends to ensure campaigns resonate with real manufacturing needs

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with product & technical marketing to activate product messaging, demos, technical assets, and competitive insights within campaigns
  • Coordinate with channel and partner marketing teams to extend reach and adoption of Fusion solutions

Performance & Optimization
  • Define campaign success metrics and monitor performance across the funnel, including engagement, pipeline contribution, and adoption signals
  • Use data, experimentation, and audience insights to continuously optimize campaign effectiveness
  • Share learnings and best practices to improve future manufacturing and CAM-focused campaigns

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with significant experience leading integrated marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated experience marketing to manufacturing audiences or within manufacturing-related industries
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, particularly CNC machining and CAM-driven processes
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring and optimizing campaign performance
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience marketing CAD/CAM, data management, manufacturing software, or SaaS solutions
  • Familiarity with Fusion, CAM tools, or adjacent manufacturing technologies
  • Experience partnering closely with product and technical marketing teams
  • Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) or industry-focused demand programs
  • Experience supporting global or regional marketing teams
  • Passion for manufacturing innovation, digital transformation, and AI-driven workflows

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $109,000 and $149,930. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
