Job Description
In our Global People org, we're looking for I/O Psychology students who want to learn, grow, and take a giant step early in their career, all while making a giant impact. We offer 12-week internship opportunities within our different Global People Functions. Interns will participate in executive speaker series, career development workshops, philanthropic efforts, and team building activities.

Global People & Product Service Delivery Team
Global People & Product Service Delivery Team is our HR Shared Services/program management team, who provide the support and service for all general HR inquiries, as well as key moments that matter in the employee lifecycle (e.g. onboarding/offboarding).
People Insights Team
The People Insights team works closely with our People Analytics & Engineering, People Science & Research, AI, Data Operations, and Strategic Workforce Planning teams to execute projects across the People Insights organization.
Talent Acquisition & Management Team
Our Talent Acquisition & Management team is on an incredible multi-year journey to define and build best in class recruiting from the ground up.
Total Rewards Team
The Compensation & Benefits Intern will be a critical trusted partner in supporting all aspects of Total Rewards.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as a full-time student, pursuing a degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and graduating on or after December 2025
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, with an aptitude for building strong relationships with both team members and stakeholders
- Desire to eventually work in an HR function for a technology company.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bias toward execution, a doer that pays attention to details.
- Strong personal accountability to achieve goals and meet delivery dates
- Creativity and confidence to bring new ideas and provide feedback and input
- Passion for diversity, inclusion and belonging
- Experience in managing projects and knowledge of diversity and inclusion.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $36.93, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
