The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our team and help us exceed customer expectations. As a key player in our organization, you’ll work closely with utility clients to design, implement, and optimize enterprise solutions that address complex business needs.
🎯 What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with clients to align their business goals with SpryPoint’s best-in-class solutions
- Lead discovery sessions, process reviews, and integration designs to deliver tailored solutions
- Ensure high-quality implementations by conducting audits, reviewing documentation, and providing feedback on process designs
- Oversee system configuration and provide input on training and testing materials
- Maintain and update project documentation, including issue logs, configuration guides, and test cases.
🌟 What You Bring to the Table
- 3+ years of experience in implementing enterprise utility software, particularly Customer Information Systems (CIS)
- Proven ability to map processes and manage large process mapping projects
- Experience with Mobile Field Management (MFM), Work Order & Asset Management (WAMS), and Customer Engagement Portals is a plus
- Familiarity with analyzing large data sets is a bonus
- Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL
- Knowledge of Reporting & Business Intelligence platforms is a plus
- The ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills, with a talent for presenting complex concepts clearly
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with clients, senior management, and team members
- A sharp, analytical mind, capable of solving complex problems quickly and efficiently
- In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies for large-scale software projects.
