We are seeking an Implementation Project Manager to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion. 

The Details:

  • Location: Hybrid in Old Toronto (Onsite 3 days per week)
  • Duration: 12 months with potential for extension

Job Description

This role plays a critical part in supporting partners as they integrate and maximize the value of our payment solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple, concurrent implementation projects, ensuring efficient execution and high client satisfaction.
  • Identify unique client requirements and project challenges, proactively working with internal teams to resolve issues and minimize risks.
  • Define project scope, develop plans, and allocate necessary resources while establishing clear milestones and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate timelines, implementation strategies, and project approaches that align with business objectives.
  • Escalate critical project challenges when necessary, engaging senior leadership to drive resolutions and maintain alignment with client expectations.
  • Analyze client portfolios, operational structures, and processes to support smooth implementations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase overall client satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, payment technologies, and best practices, applying new strategies to optimize implementation processes.
  • Take on diverse project types to expand expertise and enhance adaptability in managing various implementation challenges.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience, preferably in the payments or financial services industry.
  • Strong project management and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and related tools.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy in reports, data analysis, and client communications.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven professional with strong business acumen.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to absorb and apply technical and operational concepts to business solutions.
  • Hybrid - 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
