Your Contribution:
Performing and overseeing Practice Management system setup, including: Acting as a subject matter expert for EDI, claims, and clearinghouse workflows.
Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of professional, technical, and/or administrative personnel (both employees and clients) in the implementation of a CGM software products.
Tracks, manages and integrates project plans and other documentation to realize corporate goals and objectives and also assures effective documentation.
Project initiation, project planning and estimating, monitoring progress and status reporting, project scheduling tracking and control, issues and risk management, controlling project scope and change management, ensures timely project completion, within scope and budget.
Acts as a liaison between all project stakeholders, manages project communication and providing accurate consistent reporting to other departments, managers, and the executive team regarding Project Status, Issues and concerns.
Your Qualification:
Minimum 2 years of project planning and project management skills.
Strong working knowledge of the CGGM Aprima Electronic Medical Records and Practice Management software is required.
A professional demeanor which allows the individual to interface and communicate (oral, written, presentations, training, customer interactions, etc.) clearly and present information with peers, customers and/or various levels of middle-to-senior management.
Ability to focus and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, handle complex projects with ease and confidence; lead a team of people to a common goal; perform well in high pressure situations; effectively interface with technical teams; demonstrate ability to exercise initiative, use independent judgment and work to tight deadlines.
Must have tremendous organizational skills, be a creative and analytical thinker with strong business, team building, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to exercise flexibility, while adhering to fundamental project management concepts and adaptable to changes in assignments and work environment.
Proficiency in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and automated project planning and project management software tool, such as Microsoft Project
