WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Experience
A law degree.
Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario, Law Society of British Columbia, and/or Law Society of Alberta.
A minimum of 6 years of practical related in-house and/or private practice experience in Construction.
The ability to give a clear, business-driven answer under time pressure and stand behind it.
Comfort operating with autonomy. Our lawyers are independent by design and run their own mandates.
Specialized Expertise
Prepare and submit a wide range of immigration applications, including LMIA requests, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Support matters such as intra‑company transfer work permits, after‑sales service work permits, business visitor letters, study permits, IEC work permits, visitor visas, eligibility assessments, family class permits, Express Entry applications, Express Entry + Provincial Nominee Program submissions, Start‑Up Visa applications, and permanent residence applications and extensions
Location
Toronto, Ontario. Remote elsewhere in Canada is also acceptable.
