Looking for more control over your schedule while still doing meaningful, engaging work?
At Caravel Law, we offer a modern way of practicing law - one that prioritizes flexibility, autonomy, and professional fulfillment without sacrificing the quality or complexity of your work.
Our firm is built on a team of highly experienced lawyers, many with extensive in‑house and in‑company backgrounds. We provide first‑class business legal counsel on a flexible, as‑needed basis, whether on‑site or remotely. This innovative model allows our lawyers to design a practice that fits their life while remaining part of a collaborative, supportive community.
To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Immigration Lawyer, ideally with large‑firm and/or in‑house experience.
As a Caravel Immigration Lawyer, you will:
  • Prepare and submit a wide range of immigration applications, including LMIA requests, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Support matters such as intra‑company transfer work permits, after‑sales service work permits, business visitor letters, study permits, IEC work permits, visitor visas, eligibility assessments, family class permits, Express Entry applications, Express Entry + Provincial Nominee Program submissions, Start‑Up Visa applications, and permanent residence applications and extensions
What You Bring:
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant private practice experience
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality client service
While our lawyers work remotely, we operate as a connected team and foster a collaborative, diverse, and inclusive culture. Flexibility is at the core of who we are - and we believe that when lawyers have more control over their work and life, they deliver their best.
Caravel is committed to providing clients with value, quality, and adaptability. We expect dedication and professionalism, and in return, we offer a practice model that gives you greater balance and autonomy.
If this sounds like the right fit, we would love to hear from you.
We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only candidates selected for further consideration will be contacted.
To apply, please visit www.caravellaw.com and upload your resume and cover letter.
