This client-facing position is pivotal in driving both Imaging AI adoption and sales enablement. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with customers to identify opportunities where Imaging AI can benefit their patients, providers, and business objectives. In addition to strategic consulting, this role will actively support sales teams, develop custom packaging solutions, and assist in the creation of compelling marketing materials tailored to client needs.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within Canada (except for the Saskatchewan province) as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creation and implementation of Imaging AI programs at customer sites, with a strong emphasis on sales enablement and solution packaging
  • Partner with sales operations and marketing teams to design and deliver custom packaging options that address specific client requirements and maximize value
  • Assist in the development and refinement of marketing materials, presentations, and collateral that effectively communicate Imaging AI solutions and their benefits
  • Maintain deep industry knowledge of available Imaging AI technologies, trends, and regulations to support both sales and customer success
  • Meet with clients to understand and document needs, opportunities, ROI potential, governance requirements, implementation needs, and follow-up actions
  • Produce high-quality visual presentations outlining processes, opportunities, and custom solutions
  • Drive customer sites to implement defined processes and packaging solutions, ensuring successful adoption and measurable outcomes
  • Establish a regular cadence of follow-up to ensure ongoing customer success and portfolio evolution
  • Present Optum as a leader in AI imaging technology at trade shows, publications, and speaking events

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, medical imaging, informatics, clinical workflow automation, or imaging AI
  • Experience in a client facing supporting sales or direct sales enterprise around enterprise imaging
  • Experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop custom packaging and marketing materials
  • Solid understanding of the medical imaging IT market, vendor and partner ecosystem
  • Demonstrated history of sales success, including direct experience working with customers to define packaging and tailored solutions
  • Proven track record of sales enablement and solution packaging in customer environments
  • Proven advanced interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills within a multicultural environment
  • Proven solid problem-solving, critical reasoning, and internal negotiating skills
  • Proven ability to make timely decisions in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years leading imaging AI initiatives in client-facing roles
  • Experience in heavy customer-facing presentations and information discovery supporting successful delivery to clients
  • Working knowledge of US, UK, EU government regulations surrounding Imaging AI
  • Familiarity with marketing best practices and collateral development

Canada Residents Only: The salary range for Canada residents is $102,000 to $211,800 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
