About the Role
Teranet is currently looking for an Image Processor. You will process all client requests for documents, plans, and abstract images within our established delivery deadlines. You will locate requested documents, plans, and abstracts on paper, microfilm, or digital storage mediums to scan, index, and Quality control the requests for loading into various image database systems.
What you will be doing
Using tools provided, locate and scan requested images from various digital storage mediums and ensure the images are legible and complete
Accurately index scanned images
Scan various sizes of paper plans and oversize documents, ensuring the image is to scale and all information is legible and complete
Ensure all documents, plans, and abstracts have the correct number of pages, is legible, no content is cut off and all pages are related to the request
Crop, de-speckle and de-skew images as necessary
Inspect images for quality and accuracy of indexing ensuring the departmental quality targets are met.
Quality control the indexing of scanned images downloaded by our scanning vendor
Accurate time entry skills are required to account for productive and non-productive time on a biweekly basis
About You
You have minimum of Grade 12 education or equivalent
You have a high degree of accuracy in interpreting abstracts, books, documents and plans
You are detail oriented, meticulous and able to work consistently at a high production level
You have sound knowledge of the operation, functions and good computer skills
You have experience with RTS (Request Tracking System) not necessary but would be an asset
Must be a self-motivated individual with the ability to work at a fast pace in a remote environment, exhibiting good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
You have knowledge of the Land Registry System an asset
You are self-motivated with the ability to work at a fast pace in a remote team environment and meet deadlines

You have a clear demonstration of dependability, initiative, interpersonal skills, job knowledge, productivity, quality
